1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, downloading a product, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If a product page or product-specific end-user licence agreement contains additional terms, those terms also apply to that product.
2. Supplier and merchant of record
Silantev LLC, trading under the Silantev brand, is the software supplier responsible for the products described on this website, including product delivery, licensing, documentation, and technical support.
The payment provider identified at checkout acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your transaction is also subject to the provider's buyer terms shown during checkout and on your receipt.
3. Products and fulfilment
Product pages describe the main features, supported platforms, deliverables, access conditions, and price of each offer. Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download, account entitlement, licence, store listing, or installation command.
You are responsible for confirming that your device and intended use meet the published requirements before purchase.
4. Accounts and access
Some products or files require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Access may be limited to approved users, testers, or paid customers as stated on the product page.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Unless a product-specific licence says otherwise, purchasing or downloading a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use it for its intended purpose. Ownership of the product and its intellectual property is not transferred to you.
You must not:
- use a product unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid files without permission;
- circumvent access, licence, or security controls;
- interfere with the website, checkout, or other users' access; or
- misrepresent your identity or purchase entitlement.
6. Prices, payment, and subscriptions
Current prices and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment. For subscriptions, the checkout identifies the billing interval and renewal terms.
You may cancel a subscription through the management link in your receipt or provider-hosted buyer account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Updates and availability
Products may be updated, improved, replaced, or discontinued. We aim to keep published descriptions accurate, but do not promise that the website or every feature will be available without interruption. Material changes to a paid ongoing service will be handled in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The website, product names, software, documentation, visual assets, and original content are owned by Silantev or used with permission. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.
10. Warranties and liability
Products are provided with the commitments expressly stated on their product pages and with any warranties required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, unsupported environments, or unauthorised modification of a product.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or a revoked purchase entitlement. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version.
